You want to use BCM and you want it to speak "Mortgage". Well, we've done the work so you don't have to. You can store and view data in the way that makes sense for your business.  
 
Business Contacts have added fields to track mortgage-specific data about your contacts. New Views in Outlook have been added so your data is organized the way a mortgage professional would look at it. Dropdown lists have been customized to show mortgage related choices.
 
 
 
 
Opportunities in BCM are really Mortgages in pinpointMortgage- every new mortgage is entered as an opportunity, linked to the business contact so you can see the mortgages you've done for someone all in one place.
 
pinpointMortgage installs four different views of Opportunities to track your mortgages - by Loan Type, by Loan Officer, by Sales Stage, and Previously Funded. You can see any or all the data that is meaningful to the way you do business.
 
 

 
 
You can also add as many views as you'd like and call them whatever you want.  We started the names of ours with pinpointMortgage so you can see them easily. In fact, There is nothing "locked down" by pinpointMortgage - you can change any of these customizations whenever you desire.

 

pinpoint Marketing tool is the software written by us to manage drip marketing campaigns and action plans. Now, it's built into pinpointMortgage to help you increase your business with Drip Marketing Plans and increase your productivity with Action Plans.
 

Drip Marketing Plans
These are defined as a series of emails, letters, or postcards that you send to prospects or clients on a regular basis.  We use the term "drip marketing" to denote consistent messages that you send to people to keep your name top of mind and build relationships.  pinpoint Marketing tool allows you to create these Plans, apply them to one contact or a group, and then actually do the merge every day with just a few clicks.  It's easy to handle your marketing activities all at once.


Action Plans
We define these as a series of Tasks or Appointments that can be scheduled all at once.  A good example is The 17 Things That Have to Happen After I Get An Approval.  In order to keep things from falling through the cracks, you can use BCM and Outlook to schedule tasks and meetings, starting from the Closing Date and working backwards.  After you define your Plan, you can apply it to a contact with just a few clicks.


pinpoint Messages: 2007 Contact Warmers - our most popular series of letters and emails already written for you. These 28 messages are setup as plans in the marketing tool, ready for you to send out over the next twelve months. These exclusive, professionally written messages are themed around some tradiitional holidays and other "special" days, such as the anniversaries of the PC and Windows. Calyx Link for BCM
Easily exchange data between Calyx Software and Microsoft Business Contact Manager 2007. With Calxy Link you no longer have to type your contacts' information into both systems. You save time and prevent problems caused by having out-of-date contact information in BCM or Calyx. Now you can do your prospecting in BCM, transfer qualified contacts over to Calxy, update their records with loan origination data and then transfer the updated record back to BCM.
 

Main features of Calxy Link for BCM:
  • Two-way data exchange: BCM to Calyx and Calyx to BCM
  • Supports any BCM database - no special BCM template or fields required
  • Easy to use wizard interface, very similar to BCM's Import and Export Wizards
  • Maintains record links between BCM and Calyx so when a record is updated you can update the matching record in the other system
